Refunds / Exchanges Policy

1.If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 7days after receiving the goods, buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller for identify.Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.

2.You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.

3.Please understand that there will be color difference of acutal color and photo color,we will not refund for color difference.

4.The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, our refund/exchange policy is void

5.The product is subject to final inspection before your return or exchange is processed.

6.Exchange of products can be made on the same or lower value items only. However, if customer agreed to pay for the price differences, a higher value items can be exchanged.
